Dat dit dit ah dig dug...most frequently heard phrase in our home these days.

What a serious and adorable look.  I think those eyes just keep getting more and more blue.

Evan on the move but he's more about speed and wants us to take him for a run, forget walking.  He sure can fly when he is crawling.
 Evan standing tall and proud.
Every chance to get at the vacuum is top on Evan's list. They are starting to interact with each other now. They talk to each other and play with each other, it is adorable and very interesting to watch and listen too.

It won't be long...

She's quite stable and...

...getting more and more confident.  She is standing on her own for 5-10 seconds and she is very proud of herself.
After all that hard work, who can stay awake for dinner.  She maybe had 2 bites and fell asleep, we let her sleep for 20 minutes in her high chair and when she woke up she finished her dinner.
Claire taking time out to read her favorites.  They are both loving books and spend time turning the pages.  Their favorites so far include Barnyard Dance, Moo, Baa, La, La La and Goodnight Moon.  They both are doing a great job of playing by themselves.

Future Pharmacists???

Claire is raising her hand and wondering if medicinal chemistry comes in board book form with more pictures?

We're 10 months old!

They were in their snowsuits for the first time and they didn't particular care for them.
Claire got used to it and was smiling.
Evan was only happy once he was out of the suit.
They seriously love the vacuum and watch with awe.
As we said, the gate is loved and loathed.  They are learning how far their arms can reach and for Evan, the arms are never long enough.
Why store toys in a toy bin when you can throw them all out and climb in?
They are learning to climb up stairs, the lessons on how to go down haven't been successful yet.
Play mat turned into a tent was a huge hit!

Happy New Year!

After 2 weeks home from school over winter break, the transition back to work in the morning was a little tough on the babies, Evan wouldn't let go.

Claire is officially crawling which means...

...with 2 babies on the move, climbing and getting into all things that are not toys, the room gate went up.  It's received mixed reviews from them so far.
