Our outing to Como Zoo and Conservatory

Bryan and I consider this our first successful outing.  We enjoyed the change of scenery just as much as the babies, it didn't feel like so much work as previous outings have felt.  Every week seems to be getting just a little bit easier.  It helps that they have been sleeping through the night for two months now!!!!!

Candids of Evan

Evan was very excited to finally figure out how to make this toy work on his own.  They have both loved this toy since August, it was the easiest way to change their mood or get their attention.

I don't have any good pictures of it but Evan is walking, he can almost make it across the living room without falling.  He seems to have the philosophy of "go fast before I fall".  When he can run, I'm not sure we'll be able to catch him, he just wants to move fast.  Claire will be walking soon too, she is taking a step every once and while each day.

I made blueberry smoothies and froze some for later and Evan loved it cold.

Candids of Claire

 Claire has such beautiful skin.

It looks as though she is going to have curls, they are really starting to show (though not in these pics).
 Claire and mom having fun.
Auntie Missy came for a visit and they had such fun with her.
Claire is already a little book worm.  She will sit with pretty much anyone who will read Goodnight Moon with her.  She does spend a lot of time on her own flipping through books each day.

We're 11 months old!

Only 1 month to go until the Big 1!

Just hanging out together.

They are talking, smiling and giggling to each other, it is so fun to watch.

They are so much fun now...

Claire just hanging out and having a good time.

Evan seems like he would prefer to bypass walking and go straight to running.

Every now and then Claire just lets out some yelps of happiness and we just happened to capture it.

Just another yummy but very messy meal.

Claire enjoyed the meal too.

First Time Sledding

Getting dressed to head outside for the first time in months!

Evan's first sled ride, neither joy nor fear were expressed.

I think they were more perplexed by the fact that they were getting to spend so much time outside.

Claire's first sled ride, she also showed no joy or fear.

Happy Valentine's Day

We just couldn't decide which picture of each was the cutest so we're putting them all in:)
