Evan's Big Boy Day

Evan awoke from his nap yesterday and he said "Mommy, I don't wear diapers anymore, I'm a big boy now!"  And that was the end of diapers for him.  He was a quick study with 3-4 accidents to start but has since done fantastic.  Way to go Evan!

Oh the fun things you can do on the farm when you are waiting to take a poop.

It was getting a little miserable for us to spend half the day playing with all the fun stuff in the bathroom so we moved the potty chairs out to the entry and less time is spent in the bathroom-yeah!

 

What a joy, a doll that can pee!  Hours an hours of endless tinkle fun together.

Showing off their new undies.  So Evan's first pair of undies are rainbow Dora's and since I had gotten boy undies out, Claire of course selected the Bob the Builder undies. Who knew girl/boy twins would have no problem sharing their undies:)

Being this is your scrapbook kiddos, you should know that we made potty time easily accessible, we had several potty options in the house, one the deck, a portable in the stroller, one for beach and pontoon boat and one more at grandma's house.  We can tell you that you tinkled in parking lots, streets, every park in the neighborhood, the backyard, it was just way easier and public bathrooms just seem to gross.  You both were ready to train and so young so we thought we should make it easy on you.  We are very proud of you both!
